A. Users
1. Open your WhatsApp chat app and click on Users tab as shown in below screenshot.
2. Click on Add user button as shown below.

3. Enter Name , Phone number, Role message details as shown below

4. Click on More options and upload user photo, Working hours and Customised WhatsApp message body as shown below.

5. Click on Save button once all the above details are filled.

6. You can see the newly created user under Users tab.

1. Open your WhatsApp chat app and click on Users tab.

2. Click on Edit button against the user which you wanted to edit.

3. Once the popup/modal opens, edit the required details and click on Save button.

2. Click on Edit button against the user which you wanted to delete.

3. Once the popup/modal opens, click on the Delete user button and confirm OK. User will be deleted now.

3. Once the pop up/modal opens , click on More options
4. Choose the option Specific working days/hours under Working hours.
Eg : If a user works from Monday to Saturday from 8am-5pm , choose the working hours as shown below and click on Save button.

5. Click on Save button once changes are made.

4. Enter the customised message which is required in WhatsApp message body as shown below.

4. Tick the check box of Include current page url in the message as shown below. If this is selected , store’s page url from where customer opens the WhatsApp app will be included in the message.

5. Click on Save button once changes are made.
B. Settings
Button:
1. Open your WhatsApp chat app and click on Settings tab.
2. Click on Button under the settings.
3. Choose the WhatsApp button as per your choice as shown below.

4. Select the check box if you need Animation effect for button. [This is important and useful feature]
5. Click on Save button once changes are done.
1. Open your WhatsApp chat app and click on Settings tab.
2. Click on Button under the settings.
3. Choose the required Button color and Icon color as shown below.

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.
1. Open your WhatsApp chat app and click on Settings tab.
2. Click on Button under the settings.
3. Click on Button Location and configure the changes for Desktop and Mobile as per your requirement as shown below.

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.
1. Open your WhatsApp chat app and click on Settings tab.
2. Click on Button under the settings.
3. Click on WhatsApp Button and tick the check box of Disable the whole chat button when no user is online as shown below.

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.
Widget:
1. Open your WhatsApp chat and click on Settings tab.
2. Click on Widget under the settings tab.
3. Enter the title name which you want to display in your store in Widget title text box as shown in the below screenshot.

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.

2. Click on Widget under the settings tab.
3. Enter the subtitle name which you want to display in your store in Widget Sub title text box as shown in the below screenshot.

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.

3. Enter the customized message which you want to display when no user is online in the Widget sub title(when no user is online) as shown in the below screenshot. [This ].

3. Tick the checkbox of Randomise order of users in the widget as shown below if you want all of your users to get equal number of queries.

3. Tick the checkbox of Show only online users in the widget option if you want to show only online users in the app of your store as per below screenshot.

3. Choose the preferred widget and text color as per your requirement as shown in the below screenshot.

Greetings message:
1. Open your WhatsApp chat and click on Settings tab.
2. Click on Greetings under the settings tab.
3. Tick the checkbox to enable greetings message and Enter Name , Store name and message as shown below which you want to display in the WhatsApp of your store.

4. Enter the text for Link1 and Link2 as shown in the below screenshot.

5. Upload the picture of max 2MB if you want to display WhatsApp user’s profile picture in the store under Photo option.
6. Click on Save button once changes are done.

2. Click on Greetings under the settings tab.
3. Tick the check box of Use sound with greetings message and choose the sound from the drop box as shown below. [This is important and useful feature]

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.

2. Click on Greetings under the settings tab.
3. Choose the option from Display greetings message on if you want to display greeting message in All devices or Mobiles only or Desktop only.

4. Click on Save button once changes are done.
C.Analytics
1. Open your WhatsApp chat and click on Analytics tab as shown below.

2. You can check the no.of user clicks of the WhatsApp chat in your store as shown in the below screenshot.

1. Open your WhatsApp chat and click on Analytics tab as shown below.

2. You can check the Top users as shown below. This shows the user details in descending order who got maximum messages.

1. Open your WhatsApp chat and click on Analytics tab as shown below.

2.Under Top pages, it shows top pages from which you received most of the messages.
